We recommend periodically changing your account password, enabling two-factor authentication, and undergoing identity verification. These measures will ensure the highest level of security for your account.
The KYC procedure is not mandatory but is recommended for all users. It serves to reliably identify clients on our platform. At AONIS, as a provider of financial services, we are particularly committed to ensuring continuous and secure access to our clients' accounts.
The identity verification process allows you to regain access to your account in case your device is lost, damaged, or stolen, even if the two-factor authentication key is lost.
When you submit an account recovery request, you undergo the verification process again, which allows our team to compare the new data with the previous ones. This ensures that access to your account is securely restored.
Please go to the Profile page and open the 'Identity Verification' form. Fill in the necessary details and attach a photo selfie with your identifying document to ensure further validation of your identity. Then submit your request by clicking on 'Submit for Review.'
The review process usually takes up to 15 minutes, but in some cases, it may take longer. You will be notified of the outcome by email.
To enable 2FA, go to the Profile page and find the '2FA' form. Scan the QR code with your one-time password (OTP) app or enter the secret key manually. We recommend using Google Authenticator.
After saving the key, the app will generate a new OTP every 30 seconds. Enter this OTP into the confirmation field and click 'Activate'.
The additional password will be requested each time you log in to your account and when withdrawing funds
On the Profile page, find the password change form. Think of a new password and enter it in the 'new password' field, then re-enter it in the 'repeat password' field. Also enter your old password in the 'old password' field and click the 'save' button.
